Shane is an analyst with more than 40 years’ experience across resources, industrials and strategy roles at a number of the major investment banks, having stints as Head of Research at UBS and what is now JP Morgan (nee Ord Minnett Institutional). Shane is also currently an Executive Director at Bligh Capital Securities. He has at various points over that time been top rated (i.e. No 1 as per independent 3rd Party surveys) by the major investment institutions including as Bank Analyst and Head of Small Caps Team; and highly rated (top 3) as a Diversified Industrials Analyst.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia for the past 40 years.
