Sean has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of transactions, including M&A, ECM and corporate strategy development assignments.
Prior to Corporate Finance, Sean worked within a Private Equity team, and as a Management Consultant in a global Strategy Consulting practice. Earlier, he worked at Austock Securities and Bell Potter.
Sean has worked on a number of different transactions in the financial services, insurance, general industrial, manufacturing, education, agribusiness, life sciences & technology, energy and resources sectors.
